Our goal is to provide information about the role and contribution of libraries in developing countries.  Please feel free to share!

A country better known for its long internal conflict, Afghanistan has struggled to combat poverty, illiteracy, corruption, and bad governance.  Libraries can be instrumental in this struggle, if they have the proper support.  Unfortunately this is not the case in Afghanistan, with libraries often overlooked for development aid.
